Police search for Columbia shooter

One person was shot just after Wednesday night in the 3400-block of Bonny Linn drive.

COLUMBIA -- Police said a man was shot Wednesday evening in Columbia.

Officers were initially dispatched to the 3300 block of Sherwood at about 10:40 p.m..

When they got in the area, Joint Communications told them a man had been shot in the leg at a home in the 3400-block of Bonny Linn Drive.

Officers searched the home and found evidence of a shooting, but the victim was not there.
