Yesterday at 9:03 PM  The men are accused in the death of 18-year-old Brandon Richards. Police said Miller was delivering marijuana for sale Monday at a home in Kirkwood where Richards was killed. Richards graduated from Kirkwood High School shortly before his death.

Yesterday at 7:12 PM  Fowler called the city about her dogs in October 2011, though it wasn't clear why. The dog thrown in the trash later died. The other dog ultimately recovered and was adopted.

Yesterday at 3:24 PM  The Camden County Sheriff's Department responded to a call that 26-year-old Bonnie Hipple was intoxicated and had drove with her small child to a residence at Horseshoe Bend Parkway in the village of Four Seasons. When officers arrived, Hipple admitted to driving, but she refused a sobriety test.
