Vienna woman arrested for possession of meth, marijuana

A Vienna woman is in Maries County Jail after authorities seized drugs and drug paraphernalia from her home on Tuesday.

Audrey Strange was arrested fir felony possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of drug possession.

The 28-year-old is also on probabtion for other drug-related charges.

Members of the Maries County Sheriff's Office found suspected methamphetamines, marijuana and several items of drug paraphernalis in her Third Street apartment.

A minor inside the residence was placed in the custody of family members.

Strange is being held on $5,000 bond. The Vienna Police Department assisted with the investigation.
