A homeowner called to report the knocked-over snowman

A Chesterfield homeowner reported an assault...on a snowman.

The responding officer told the homeowner that it didn't really merit a police report, especially since the climbing temperatures would lead to the snowman's demise soon anyway.

The homeowner, however, insisted, saying that the snowman's clothing was damaged during the incident.
