The East Central Drug Task Force released the quarterly amount of drug seizures.

Between October 1, 2012 and December 31, 2012 the task force seized the following:

• 2,148 grams of Methamphetamine

• 16,167 grams of processed Marijuana

• 5 Marijuana plants

• 27 grams of synthetic drugs including synthetic marijuana and synthetic cocaine-methamphetamine

• 237 grams of Pseudoephedrine

• 35 units of Prescription drugs/pills

The task force also took 13 firearms, disassembled 20 meth labs, served 14 search warrants, and arrested 49 people accumulating a total of 59 separate drug charges.

The East Central Drug Task Force is a multi-jurisdictional drug task force which serves Audrain, Montgomery, and Warren Counties.
