(AP) -- JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (AP) -- Missouri Attorney General Chris Koster says the former president of a mortgage services company will plead guilty to charges involving so-called robo-signing of documents.

Koster announced the agreements with Lorraine Brown, former head of DocX LLC, on Tuesday.

Koster says Brown created a policy in which employees falsely signed the names of other DocX workers on thousands of mortgage documents. He called the robo-signing practices the "worst in the country."

Koster said Brown has agreed to plead guilty to felony forgery and a misdemeanor count of make a false declaration in Boone County. She'll also plead guilty in Jackson County to perjury.

The agreement calls for a sentence of two to three years. But the Missouri sentencing will be delayed while Brown is sentenced on federal charges in Florida.
