He faces two felony charges

Cole County Sheriff authorities tell KRCG-13 that Robbins is currently out of jail, but he will face new charges soon.
A Jefferson City lawyer was arrested Saturday for attempting to get drugs to a Cole County Jail inmate.
Thomas Robbins has been charged with possession of a controlled substance and attempting to deliver a controlled substance in a correctional facility. Both are felonies.
Robbins has been an attorney since December of 2005 and is listed as active and in good standing on The Missouri Bar's website.
