Late night fire in Maries County demolishes home

 A fire in Maries Coutny broke out late last night near Spring Creek, Missouri.

It happened at the 12000 block of Maries County Road 323 around eleven o'clock.

Fire crews from Vichy, Vienna, and Belle all responded to house fire.

They told KRCG-13 that while they don't know what caused it, the Fire Marshal is doing an investigation into what sparked it.

They also us that the owner did not live in the house, but he was renting it out to someone at the time of the fire.


No one was injured in the fire, and it was contained before it could spread to the fields or livestock areas next to the house.
