Mid-Missouri veterans are on the tour of a lifetime Tuesday in Washington D.C.

KRCG was there early Tuesday morning as they embarked on the 19^th Central Missouri Honor Flight.

They’ve spent the day touring the World War II Memorial, Arlington National Cemetery, and other national landmarks.

They’re whirl-wind trip comes to an end Tuesday night. You're encouraged to welcome them home at about 1:00 a.m. at the Courtyard Marriott Hotel in Columbia.
