Jury selection starts today for the man charged with killing his estranged wife at a Jefferson City McDonald's.
Keith Kellner is charged with first degree murder in the shooting death of his wife Pamela Kellner in December of 2010.
Authorities say the 47-year-old husband had separated from his wife shortly before the incident, and was talking to her in a booth at the Jefferson Street McDonald's where she worked.
Witnesses told police they heard a single gunshot, followed by the woman grabbing her chest. She died shortly afterward.
Police picked up Keith a short time later, after he called them to turn himself in.
