A Mexico man has died after a car accident Saturday at Missouri Highway 22 and Route E.

Robert Kirgan, 75, of Mexico died when his vehicle crossed the center line and hit another car head on according to the Highway Patrol.

That car was driven by Victor Violaris, 43, of Riviera Beach, Florida.

He was taken to Univeristy Hospital with serious injuries.
