Motorcycle wreck sends one to the hospital

A late night Thursday crash sent an Ashland man to the hospital.
Columbia Police said the accident on Highway 63 at Route AC happened just before midnight. Police said Larry Reberry was driving his motorcycle northbound in the southbound lanes of Highway 63 when he collided with a sedan driven byHeather Cone of Hartsburg.
Police said 60-year-old Reberry was taken to University Hospital with serious injuries. 35-year-old Cone was not injured in the crash.
Police don’t know why Reberry was driving in the wrong direction, but said charges are pending.

Highway 63 is back open Friday morning after a head-on collision, which sent a motorcylclist to the hospital.
It happened around midnight Friday morning on Highway 63 just south of the A/C overpass.
Columbia Police said a man on a motorcycle was driving north in a southbound lane and hit another vehicle.
Parts of Highway 63 near Grindstone Parkway were closed for several hours Friday morning to investigate the crash.
The motorcyclist was taken to University Hospital for his injuries.
