Jefferson City was decidedly more green on Saturday as folks in the Capitol City found their Irish side.

The city's annual Irish Day Parade kicked off at Paddy Malone's irish pub on Main Street. Nearly all observers were decked out in their favorite shade of green to watch the parade.

Saint patrick himself even made an appearance. Some enjoyed it outside while others just preferred to stay inside the Paddy's and enjoy their choice beverage.
