Fulton Police and Callaway County Deputies are looking for the man who assaulted and robbed a woman in Fulton.

Police said Monday night around 11:45, a woman said she was stopped at the U.S. Post Office at 301 Court Street when a man approached her. The 59-year-old woman said the man demanded her purse. The woman started screaming. She said that’s when the man assaulted her and took her purse. Then he fled on foot.

The only description available is a white man, possibly in his 20s.
