Police continue search for missing teen

COLUMBIA, MO. -- Update: Friday May 6th at 8:35 a.m.:

Columbia police searched Kylan Stubler's grandparents' vacation house in Osage Beach this week for any sign of the missing teen.

Columbia police said that search did not turn up any results or leads.

Columbia police investigators continue their search for a missing teenager.

Kylan Stubler, 17, has been missing for nearly 2 weeks.

His family is offering a $10,000 reward for Stubler’s return home or for information leading to an arrest and conviction in Stubler’s disappearance.

Columbia CrimeStoppers is offering an additional $1,500 reward in the case.

Authorities say Stubler was last seen leaving a friend’s house in an unknown vehicle.

Investigators are not treating Stubler as a runaway.

Columbia Police Officer Latisha Stroer said, “He’s a missing person.  He’s an adult.  He can, technically, come and go as he pleases.  That’s been the hard part.  We’re not sure if he left on his own or if he left by force.”
