A Mexico, Missouri man is dead after being hit by two cars on Interstate 70.

The Highway Patrol says 36-year-old Brad Allison was in the roadway of Westbound I-70 at the 144 mile marker, when a vehicle sideswiped him.

The patrol says a second car then struck him head on.

Allison was pronounced dead at the scene.

The accident occured about 5:30 Wednesday near the M/HH interchange west of Kingdom City.
