COLE COUNTY, MO. -- An Osage County man faces an involuntary manslaughter charge after a fatal boating incident.

The collision happened on July 3 on the Osage River in Cole County.

According to court documents, Noland Stuecken, of Loose Creek, was drunk driving a boat when he collided with another boat.
