GRAVOIS MILL, MO. -- A Morgan County man is behind bars facing child pornography charges.
Gerald W. "Pete" Bloom, 72, of Gravois Mills was charged with one count of attempted enticement of a child and one count of furnishing pornography to a child.
Last week, Morgan County Sheriff detectives were told by a New Hampshire detective that Bloom contacted one him posing as a 14-year-old boy online.
Police said the man's conversations eventually turned to sexual content, allegedly including web cam video the man provided, and links to pornography.
The Morgan County Sheriff's Office searched the man's home near Gravois Mills and seized four computers, numerous cell phones, several digital cameras, and other items that were examined in the lab.
Bloom surrendered to authorities and is being held without bond.
