An Auxvasse, Mo. has been sentenced to 10 years and one month in federal prison for meth possession and intent to distribute.
Rodney Lynn Moore, 46, was sentenced Friday by a U.S. District judge.
Moore pleaded guilty to possession with the intent to distribute 50 grams or more of meth in Callaway County, Mo. Moore said that he agreed to sell meth to a source, which was cooperating with authorities.
When Moore sold meth to the source, a search warrant of Moore’s residence recovered user quantities of meth and another seven ounces of meth from under a bed. The meth seized from the residence weighed 218 grams.
