COLUMBIA -- University of Missouri administrators held a town hall meeting last night to discuss Friday’s racist display outside the campus black culture center.
Someone scattered hundreds of cotton balls across the lawn, a reference to slavery, and it happened as Black History Month was coming to a close.
University police say it's too early to say if the incident qualifies as a hate crime, but say they're looking at surveillance video to find more clues.
