COLE COUNTY -- One of the suspects in a fatal home invasion in Apache Flats last October will appear in court Monday.

Anthony President is to appear for formal arraignment in Cole County Court.

The Kansas City area teen is charged with first-degree robbery.

A co-conspirator in the botched robbery ended up being fatally shot by a resident.
