A
Columbia woman has been charged with second degree murder for the May death of an infant. 24-year-old Treschell Kemp was arrested Thursday by Cooper County Sheriff's Deputies.
Kemp is also charged with first degree domestic assault and the abuse of a child. She was arrested after final autopsy results came back, showing the two and half month old girl's death was not accidental.
Kemp is being held in the Cooper County Detention Center on a $250,000 bond.
