(AP) -- FULTON, Mo. (AP) -- A three-judge panel of the Missouri Court of Appeals is planning to take its work on the road.

The panel from the court's Western District is scheduled to hear arguments in three cases next Thursday at Westminster College in Fulton.

The Western District sits in Kansas City, but Judge James Welsh says meeting elsewhere gives the public a chance to observe its work.

The judges plan to recess between cases to discuss the court system and explain the proceedings.
