(AP) -- Canadian Pacific Railway tracks northeast of Kansas City have been reopened after a derailment late Friday night of a train carrying agricultural products.
Railroad spokesman Ed Greenberg says the tracks were opened early Sunday near Mosby, where 14 of the train's 149 cars derailed around midnight Friday, but cleanup is expected to continue for a few days.
Canadian Pacific trains were rerouted after the derailment so crews would have time to investigate the incident and remove the cars from the track.
Greenberg says it's too early to speculate on what caused the cars to go off the tracks. He says there were no injuries and no hazardous materials involved.
