He forced the victim to drive them to an ATM to withdraw money
A man was robbed at the Daniel Boone Regional Library about 6 a.m. Wednesday.
Officers were dispatched at 7:12 a.m. Upon arrival, they learned that a 21-year-old man leaving the library was approached from behind by a man armed with a handgun.
The thief got into the victim's vehicle and demanded that the victim drive them to the bank. The man forced the victim to withdraw money from the Stadium Boulevard bank's ATM. The robber then had the victim drop him off at Wilkes and Seventh Street.
SUSPECT DESCRIPTION:
Black male, mid 20’s, 5’10", 250 lbs., short hair, glasses, and a large tattoo on the left side of his neck. He was last seen wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans.
