Linn State student arrested for sexual relations with minor

Police arrested him in his dorm Thursday night

A college student was arrested in his dorm Thursday night for sexual relations with a 15-year-old girl.

Osage County Sheriff's deputies arrested 21-year-old Tyler Deyoung of Defiance after taking a laptop and cellphone from his Linn State Technical College dorm room.

Deyoung was charged second degree statutory rape and second degree statutory sodomy. He's being held in the Osage County Jail on a $25,000 cash/surety bond.
