A Pennsylvania man wanted by law enforcement in the states of Illinois and Pennsylvania was arrested Saturday evening by the Boone County Sheriff’s Department Pro-Active Unit while driving a vehicle reported stolen from Bountiful, Utah.
Joseph M. Fetko, 39, of Chester, PA, was taken into custody near the intersection of U.S. Highway 63 and Golden Bear Drive shortly after 5 p.m. driving a blue 1997 Ford F-150.
Fetko is currently being held in the Boone County Jail for the offense of Tampering in the First Degree, in violation of Missouri RSMO 569.080, with a bond set at $4,500.
Fetko also had an outstanding Parole Violation warrant issued for his arrest in the state of Pennsylvania and an outstanding warrant issued for his arrest in Madison County, IL.
The Illinois warrant alleged Possession of Stolen Property in relation to possession of a stolen vehicle and carried a set bond of $40,000.
The Parole Violation warrant issued in Pennsylvania alleged Aggravated Assault and there was no bond set.
