A fourth suspect believed involved in a June home invasion on North Kathryn Drive in the Phenora Oaks apartment complex near Prathersville was arrested Thursday night by Boone County sheriff’s deputies.

Darion J. Logan, 19, of 1207-A Larch Court, was taken into custody at his residence at about 8:30 p.m. Logan is currently being held in the Boone County Jail awaiting bond to be set on charges of first degree robbery and armed criminal action.

Sheriff’s deputies responded the evening of June 24 to a disturbance at an apartment in the 1000 block of North Kathryn Drive. Upon arrival, deputies were told by the residents that three men burst through the front door demanding money and drugs.

The trio fled with two cell phones and cash as deputies were arriving on the scene. Deputies located a semi-automatic handgun dropped by one of the suspects at the apartment.

Joshua Wisham, 19, of 509 Brewer Drive, was arrested nearby after a foot pursuit. Felson D. Barney, 36, of 905 Clayton Avenue and Neal W. Henry, 33, of 3208 Northland Avenue were arrested and jailed June 27.
