College students will have to wait until next summer to move into Columbia’s newest apartment complex.

Construction crews have flattened the old Regency Mobile Home Park to make way for Aspen Heights.

Since breaking ground early last month, construction on the site has been running smoothly.

Future residents can expect to get some leasing information on the property by the start of this fall semester.

The off campus student living complex will house 972 residents.

The Colorado style community will have a clubhouse with an in-house movie theatre, a work out facility and swimming pool.
