More than 300 files containing child porn were found on electronic devices
A St. Robert man was sentenced in federal court for obtaining child pornography online.
Robert Biggins was sentenced to 15 years and eight months without parole on Monday. The 28-year-old pleaded guilty on March 6.
A person living with Biggins called the police after seeing child pornography on a hard drive Biggins had given to him.
In May of 2011, officers executed a search warrant and seized two laptops, external hard drives and other related storage media. From these devices, they discovered 231 images and 274 videos of child pornography.
