Man sent to hospital after accident on Lake of the Ozarks

An accident at the Lake of the Ozarks sent a man to the hospital over the weekend.

32-year-old Paul Wells, of Columbia, and 30-year-old Ryan Wells from Fort Lewis, Washington, were each riding waverunners across the channel on the Osage arm of the lake.

The Highway Patrol's water division says that's when Ryan made a sharp turn to the left and Paul ran over the top of him.

Ryan wells was taken to the hospital with moderate injuries., Paul had no injuries.
