Drugs seized in Holts Summit on Wednesday would have fetched nearly $40,000 on the street.
Members of the MUSTANG Drug Task Force and Callaway County Sheriff's Office took 1,857 grams of high-grade marijuana, 12 grams of methamphetamine, 10 ecstasy pills and what officials suspect is LSD and hash from 2370 Laurwood Estates. Drug paraphernalia common with the sale and use of narcotics (scales, packaging materials, smoking devices) were also seized.
Taylor Bowlds, 21, and Cierra Steffen, 17, were arrested and charged with possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, marijuana and ecstasty, as well as two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
