As part of the 150th anniversary of the Civil War, the MU School of Journalism has launched an interactive website that covers what it was like in Missouri during the first year of the war.

The website has re-enactments, photographs and oral histories.

Clay Stalter, an MU master's student, launched the site as part of his graduate degree.

Students from Rob Weir's multimedia planning and design class (fall 2011) created a selection of mock websites for the project. Stalter chose to use then-senior Nicole Thompson's design.
