Columbia councilman sold alcohol to minor

A Columbia city councilman sold alcohol to a minor working with Columbia police.

Daryl Dudley is the Ward 4 council representative and the store manager at the Hy-Vee on West Broadway. He was issued a city summons for the sale, which occurred at 1:15 a.m. while the police were doing liquor law compliance checks.
