JEFFERSON CITY -- Wednesday's counsel status hearing and probation hearing for a Jefferson City murder suspect turned into the second delay in court proceedings.
Brandon chase, 28, walked into the courtroom dressed in an orange jumpsuit with his ankles shackled.
He appeared before Judge Green at the Cole County Courthouse for the hearings.
But due to confusion with the public defenders office, the hearings were pushed back to Wednesday, May 30.
Chase is charged in the death of Keith Mosely from Columbia.
Police say Mosely was killed April 22nd in Jefferson City in the 1000 block of Buena Vista.
This man, 25-year-old Tracy Session is also charged with second degree murder along with this man, 20-year-old Khiry Summers.
Both Session and Summers are scheduled to be arraigned next Wednesday at the Cole County Courthouse.
Another possible conflict in the case could be that the court docket Wednesday morning listed Tina Marie Crow Holcomb as his defender that's the same lawyer listed as defending Khiry Summers, which is a conflict of interest to represent suspects in the same case.
