Thursday night, Jefferson City put on their annual Cinco De Mayo celebration.
It was all about anything and everything Mexican, complete with a pinata breaking, live music and dancing, and, get this, a chihuahua race and costume contest.
Also, plenty of Mexican cuisine was available for folks to chow down on in between the fun.
The event was sponsored by Fechel beverages, Cadillac Ink, and the Jefferson City Parks & Rec board.
