A suspect in the murder case of suspect of a Columbia man last week was not arraigned today as scheduled.
The Cole County Prosecutor's office said that the reason for the delay is due to a change of judge in the case, as well as 28-year-old Brandon Chase not having been appointed an attorney yet.
A date has not been given yet for the re-scheduled arraignment.
Last week, Chase was detained by Jefferson City Police in connection with the homicide of Keith Mosley of Columbia. he has been charged with 2nd degree murder and 1st degree robbery.
