Heavy rains have caused numerous roads throughout Mid-Missouri to close Monday morning. The roads include:

-Boone County: Rangeline Road near Highway AB

-Boone County: Bearfield Road near Gans Road

-Boone County: Schunemeyer Road and parts of Highway 22

-Boone County: Hillcreek Road near Buffalo Ridge Road

-Boone County: Ball Road near Adams Road

Again be sure to be extra careful driving in heavy rains. If you are driving and see water over the road stop, and find a safer route to your destination.

If you are traveling anywhere be sure to check out MoDOT's travel map to see exactly which roads are closed and which are open.

We will keep updating this throughout the day.
