Update: Wednesday April 18th, 6:25pm:

Edwin Morris is facing possible invasion of privacy charges for allegedly videotaping women while they were in a dressing room.

Morris operates a photography studio in Auxvasse. Carissa Biele, KRCG reporter says "In the small city of Auxvasse, everyone seems to know the suspect but noone wants to talk about it." "People may be afraid of my camera but they aren't shy via facebook where I recieved this response from Sandy Bond."

Sandy writes, "I as well as my daughter can not believe this has happened. We feel a little creeped out considering that my daughter could have been one of these girls offended by this." Sandy also wrote that her daughter's friends had suggested Morris when searching for a senior picture photographer. Sandy feels lucky to have found an alternative for her daughter's senior pics.

After conducting a search deputies said Morris videotaped four females in his studio changing room. A guilty verdict would carry a four year prison sentence. The case is now in the hands of the Callway County Prosecutor.

Once the case is reviewed, the decision whether or not to charge Morris with a felony will be made. It could take up to ten days to make that decision.
