One man is dead after motorcycle crash

A Lake St. Louis man was killed in a motorcycle crash Monday morning in Callaway County.

It happened at 9:45 a.m. on eastbound I-70 at the 164 mile marker.

The Missouri Highway Patrol said 36-year-old Brady Austin pulled from the right hand shoulder and into the path of 33-year-old Ryan Brewer's tractor-trailer.

Austin's motorcycle went off the right side of the road and threw him off.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The extent of Brewer’s injuries is unknown.
