A two year old boy from Meta is hospitalized with critical injuries.

Around one o'clock Saturday afternoon, 30 year old Stephanie Wiebold and her son Dallen were in a car that went off of Highway 50.

The two year old went into cardiac arrest and had to be revived at the scene, he was taken to St. Mary's and later flown to University Hospital.

Wiebold suffered abdominal injuries.

No word yet on what caused the accident, but police say neither were wearing safety devices.
