4 arrested in Boone County meth lab bust

Boone County Sheriff’s Deputies four people after they found what they believed to be an active and ongoing meth lab.

It happened just after 6 p.m. Saturday on the 3200-block of N. Locust Grove Church Road in Boone County during a search warrant.

During the search deputies found components of an active and ongoing methamphetamine manufacturing operation in and around the home.

They also found a significant amount of finished methamphetamine and methamphetamine paraphernalia.

Nicholas Powell, 29, was arrested for manufacturing a Controlled Substance.

Jade Lewis, 19, was arrested for Manufacturing a Controlled Substance, and assault on a Law Enforcement and Resisting Arrest.

Michael Robinson, 20, was arrested for Manufacturing a Controlled Substance and Identity Theft.

Robinson also had two warrants for his arrest out of the state of Illinois: a Parole Violation warrant (original charge of methamphetamine conspiracy) and a Failure to Appear warrant (original charge of unlawful procurement of anhydrous ammonia).

Haily Robinson, 19, was also arrested for felony Possession of a Controlled Substance.
