Judge delays Lake first-degree murder trial

(AP) -- A judge agreed to delay the first-degree murder trial of an Osage Beach man accused of killing his roommate.

Twenty-five-year-old Gregory L. George was scheduled to go on trial in February in the stabbing death of Adrianna Hyten. She was found dead in October of 2010 at the apartment she shared with Georg

e.On Monday, Camden County Judge Kenny Hayden agreed to bring in a jury from Cass County for George's trial. He set a status hearing for March 12 to determine a date for the trial.

The Lake Sun Leader reports George is jailed Camden County jail with no chance for bond.
