COLE COUNTY, MO -- Two people are in the Cole County Jail Friday after a K-9 sniffed out meth in a car.

At about 10:15 p.m. on Wednesday a deputy pulled over a vehicle at Meadowlark and Idlewood. The department’s K-9, Brava, indicated drugs were in the vehicle. During a search, the deputy found 11 grams of meth.

The officer arrested the driver and passenger in the vehicle.

The sheriff’s office will not release the names of the suspects while charges are pending.
