Police find cab company selling drugs, four arrested

Four people were arrested after Lake-area law enforcement agencies served a search warrant at the Twilight Enterprises Cab Company in the 5000 block of Osage Beach Parkway.

On Friday, the Camden County Sheriff’s Deputies, Osage Beach Police and Lake Area Narcotics Enforcement Group executed the search warrant after a week-long investigation revealed drugs were being sold out of the business.

Officers seized 4.5 ounces of methamphetamine with a street value of $10,000, half a pound of marijuana with a street value $7600, more than $7000 in cash, 4 vehicles, 2 personal water craft vehicles, a .45 caliber handgun and 3 gambling machines.

Four people were arrested at the scene.

34-year-old Dennis Gates of Osage Beach was arrested on suspicion of drug trafficking, distributing a controlled substance, 5 Class C felonies of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said no bond was allowed on any of the charges.

33-year-old Desirea Shriver of Osage Beach was arrested for possession of a controlled substance. Her bond was set at $20,000 surety and $2,000 cash.

31-year-old Sara Weber of Camdenton was arrested at the scene on a warrant for probation violation. No bond was allowed for her arrest.

35-year-old David Rogers of Montreal, Missouri was arrested at the scene on a warrant for probation violation, no bond allowed.
