A Pulaski County man has been arrested, accused of domestic assault.
Friday, a Pulaski County Sheriff's Department reserve deputy was dispatched to a physical disturbance in the 26-thousand block of Alps Street in Richland.
The woman who lived at the residence told the deputy that, during the course of an argument, her husband had pulled out her hair, choked her, and pushed her. He also threatened to kill her in front of their children. The woman was able to escape, at which point the husband left the residence.
The husband, 32-year-old James Casey McCabe, was located by another deputy and taken into custody.
Prosecutors have filed charges against McCabe. He is charged with one count of domestic assault second degree, that is a class C felony.
He was being held at the Pulaski County Jail, but posted a $30,000 bond and has been released from custody.
