PULASKI COUNTY -- A man is charged with property damage after he tried to steal parts of an air conditioning unit.

Friday, the Pulaski County Sheriff’s office got a call about an abandoned vehicle parked on private property without permission from the property owner in the 21000 block of Rt. Y near St. Robert.

When deputies got to the scene they found Auston Bradstreet, 21, in the back of the property taking apart the home’s air conditioning unit.

Bradstreet was arrested for trespassing and property damage.

He was booked in the Pulaski County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold with a $5,000 bond.

The prosecutor filed one count of property damage first degree, a class D felony.
