JEFFERSON CITY, MO. -- Hundreds of people were at the Firley YMCA Thursday to check out more than 150 exhibitors from across the capitol city.

Business owners and managers set up booths showcasing their goods and services with raffles, giveaways and free items.

Earlier in the morning the restaurant, Prison Brews, won the 2011 Small Business of the Year award.

Owner, Debra Brown was extremely proud.

"Obviously it gives us great exposure around the area but it also brings in a lot of people that maybe didn't know about us, even people that don't live in Jefferson City," Prison Brews owner Debra Brown said.

KRCG's booth at this year's business showcase focused on the NFL and the Kansas City Chiefs.
