Race for the Cure brings friends together to fight cancer

The Mid-Missouri Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure is in September.

Three local participants have a special reason to be in the 2nd annual Race for the Cure in Columbia.

Holly Thomas is walking, just more than a year after being diagnosed with breast cancer. She's cancer free now, but the experience left a lasting impression on her and her friends.
