Columbia Police are investigating the third armed robbery in less than a week.

At 12:40 a.m. Wednesday, police were dispatched to a robbery at Jimmy John’s Restaurant on Corporate Lake Drive.

Employees said two males entered the restaurant wearing masks and gloves, and carrying a gun.

The suspects demanded money from the employees. The suspects took an undisclosed amount of cash and fled on foot. There were no injuries during the robbery.

Employees said the suspects were black males, in their late teens to early twenties, about 6 feet tall.

Columbia Police said the suspects’ descriptions from Wednesday’s armed robbery matches the suspects from an armed robbery that happened Friday night at the Break Time on North Stadium, as well as the descriptions from an armed robbery at the Taco Bell on Smiley Lane that happened Monday.

If anyone has any information about this incident, please contact the Columbia Police Department or Crime Stoppers at 875-TIPS to remain anonymous.
